A masterpiece of genre film-making, really worth to watch.. An example of shamelessly bad screenwriting, laden with coincidence and cliche and empty characterizations.. The movie is a lumbering load of hokum but ... it's at least watchable.. It cultivates not the illusion of wholesomeness, since no one's buying it, but the pretense of it.
